Camcos Living is pleased to announce a new milestone: two groundbreakings on the same day. On July 9, Camcos hosted a morning event for Meadowvale Brooks in Mississauga and an afternoon event for Heartlake Collection in Brampton.
Both events were attended by Camcos Living leadership, including founding partners James and Michael Circosta, alongside industry partners and community members. They celebrated the construction launch with keynote addresses and ceremonial sod-turnings.

Meadowvale Brooks: Established Living in Mississauga
The morning event celebrated Meadowvale Brooks, an exclusive collection of 45 luxury homes situated near Fletcher’s Creek, at Derry Road and McLaughlin Road in Mississauga.
Diana Victoria Quinn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Camcos Living, remarked on the unique opportunity at Meadowvale Brooks: “There just isn't new land like this pocket anymore. The excitement continued into the afternoon as the team gathered in Brampton for the groundbreaking of Heartlake Collection. This community of townhomes is minutes from a conservation area and is set within an established neighbourhood with nearby shopping and highway access. The homes, located off Heart Lake Road and Bovaird Drive, are situated beside White Spruce Park and offer trail access to the Heart Lake Conservation Area, a sprawling green space with 418 acres of protected forested land.
